Chef Kevin Binkley has been perfecting his craft for more than 38 years. After operating his award-winning restaurants for over two decades, he chose to step away from daily restaurant operations to focus on what matters most — continuing to grow as a chef and sharing what he’s learned.

Today, Chef Binkley offers his expertise through intimate dining experiences at a private location in Central Phoenix, along with hands-on cooking classes and culinary consulting for chefs and restaurateurs.

    Dining Experience with Chef

    In the intimacy of Chef Binkley’s home
    An evening designed for those who appreciate the intersection of artistry and flavor. Limited to 6 guests per event.

    Experience dining in the kitchen with Chef Binkley as he prepares every course before you. You will learn insights into technique, philosophy, and sourcing throughout the evening. Guests are encouraged to observe, ask questions, and savor the rare opportunity to dine at the pace of a chef’s imagination.

    Custom Cooking Classes

    Have Chef Binkley’s undivided attention. He will work directly with you or a small group to share his knowledge, recipes, taste with you, and ultimately make you a better cook. There are options for Chef Binkley to come to you to demonstrate how to execute from your kitchen, or you can come to him. Classes can be custom curated to your culinary interest.

    Culinary Consulting

    Concept. Menu. Execution.
    Drawing on decades of experience, Chef Binkley offers a select number of consulting engagements each year.

    Professionals and nonprofessionals are welcome to tap into Chef Binkley’s expertise. Consulting may include menu development, concept refinement, operational strategy, kitchen systems and layout, workflow optimization, chef mentorship, and culinary leadership coaching.
